Lane Departure Alert (LDA) with Steering Assist

A Standard Lane Departure Alert (LDA) with Steering Assist system is one of the TSS-P safety benefits on the 2020 Toyota Camry. LDA detects lane departure when there are visible lines marked on the road. This alert activates when traveling at speeds of 32 MPH or higher. A visible and audible notification alerts you when the system detects lane departure. Simply check for traffic before driving the 2020 Camry back to the center of the lane.

Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC)

Intended for highway use, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) allows you to drive at a preset speed while maintaining a consistent distance behind the traffic in front of you. DRCC uses radar to determine how and when to adjust your speed. This technology allows you to maintain a safe driving distance while using cruise control. Another feature of TSS-P is the Standard Pre-Collision System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection. This safety feature detects vehicles and pedestrians. Using a shape recognition camera with a millimeter-wave radar, PCS alerts you of potential collisions ahead. If you fail to react, the PCS will activate brake support to assist with avoiding the potential collision.
