For the automotive repair and maintenance great job. I set up appointmemt via text and when I arrived was in and out within the hour.

Scheduled a service appointment to change my oil and replace my battery. My advisor was Adam. He explained me everything what needs to be done to my Toyota Camry and quoted very reasonable price. The service provided was prompt with excellent quality. The best dealership for Toyota’s owners.

Came in for recommended service (brakes and fuel system). Work performed in a lot less time than I had expected and less than what I was expecting to pay. When other dealerships are scheduling you out to 2023 (no joke), World will always perform.

The service department checked my car in promptly upon my arrival, and completed the oil change and tire rotation in about an hour. Can’t ask for better service than that.

My tech Lennox is always very professional and very helpful when ever I come in for service. This is the only Toyota Dealer I bring my vehicle to.

I do want to say depending on who is helping you the service may not be as great. My last visit wasn’t the best compared to this visit.

Got a special offer by text last night, was able to schedule an oil change right away via text, and took my car in this morning. No sweat. Eric Matson was great!! By far the best service rep I’ve had in all my years of car service at multiple Toyota dealerships. He went above and beyond to help me get my truck in and out after I had a tire and wheel fly off while I was driving.

Eric was really helpful in identifying the issue with my car. Beyond the call of duty, however, he helped me with discount hunting when the costs exceeded my expectations. The waiting area is nice and there is an outdoor work space for those who prefer it.

I always appreciate the thoroughness with which they inspect my car, and their explanations for everything. I never feel pressured into anything either, in the over 10 years I’ve been going here. You may be able to go other places and get some things cheaper, but my experiences at those places have never given me the confidence in the process (and the car) as World Toyota has, personally. My one gripe: World Toyota Service used to have quiet business rooms for people waiting, and post-renovation they don’t. Bring them back!

Courteous and speedy service. My car wouldn't start even though the battery seemed fine. The staff were unable to recreate the problem so they tested it thoroughly and then returned the car to me with some recommendations but no service charges.
