Rahel, my service advisor, did another great job in handling the replacement of our water pump and engine coolant temp sensor. She is personable, friendly, customer oriented, attentive to my questions, asking questions, and keeping me informed on progress, time frames and costs either by texts or in person. I traded my previous Corolla for a new Corolla from World Toyota and I have them do all the maintenance on the car. Eric Matson is my go to Service Manager. He’s great!

I brought the car in six weeks ago for the 75,000 mile service. The service advisor said that the car needed tires. When I said that I was not getting them that day, she would not even send the car back for the service technician to check it out. She said that since the car needed tires, they would not even rotate the tires. There is no record of that visit in the history. I can in last minute because a warning light came on in my car and they effectively fixed my problem. So grateful I didn’t have to come back the next day!

I needed a small service and a recall fixed. Things went less than ideally. I was told it was a 2.5 hours wait, it was 4. I was told I needed hundreds of dollars of work on my car, for a couple quick easy fixes that will cost me way less at the other place I take my car. My service advisor, Glen, was responsive and kept me informed. I typically receive excellent customer service from World Toyota, and Glen maintained the standard.

Our service agent was Ernesto Batist. The service rep forgot the car wash I asked for, and we weren’t informed our car was ready until 30+ minutes after it was done. After waiting nearly 2 hours, the rep admitted he forgot the car wash and he can get it done in 20-25 min but we declined a further wait. Disappointed that the rep kept pushing us to leave him a good review despite these issues. Asking for a good review once is one thing, but asking multiple times, especially after failing to provide the service correctly, is unprofessional and tone-deaf.

Edwin, my sales representative, was fantastic! He didn't push me to the most expensive option or heavily pressure me to close the deal that day as I told him that I was still test driving other cars. I am in a high end sales business and I appreciate tact. The dealership was clean and bright which lends to a less stressful experience. I am looking forward to working with the whole team as I grow into my car. I will recommend Edwin and the dealership to friends in the future!

It finally happened. The dreaded engine check light came on. Alan at World Toyota was able to make me an appointment for that morning. I spent the day waiting instead of taking the Uber ride home that was offered. I paid a premium by going to the dealership but I have peace of mind.

Dont expect ANY after purchase support from World Toyota. Two days after purchase I requested activation of a 'standard' feature. ......CRICKETS! Sales and service staff ignored my emails and phone calls including sales managers. I finally visited NALLEY Toyota who activated the feature in 5 MINUTES. After purchasing 15 cars, this car buying experience was, by far, the worst.

Unorganized and unethical with claims on used vehicles. Will not use again. Made claim that tire tread was 7/32 when the actual depth was 4/32 and 3/32. I will learn from this experience and make sure I don’t return.

Service Dept provides good service for my car. To be expected, their prices are not the lowest, but using coupons helps make them competitive with independent Toyota service providers. I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of their services and the attentiveness of their customers service representatives to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle, including the services it needs.

The Service dept was adequate. I my father’s (92 yoa) car in for 30,000 mile service. They did that & of course identified other suggested services. However, I asked them to vacuum (pretty simple!), check the brake light assembly, & change the battery in the key fob, and none of that got done! I worked w/a service manager & a young man in training. I thought the trainee was more service oriented than his manager! Many choices nowadays; might try another dealership or shop next time.

I arrived at the dealer and once inside was greeted by advisor promptly. The routine service performed quickly.

There were several concerns with the used vehicle we bought "as is". The dealership went above and beyond to assist with correcting those things and were honest about everything.

The service department was excellent. Good communication. Car was ready when they said. Inside was done properly.Only thing they don’t do is put some “stuff“ on the outside of the tires. This was one of the worst experiences I have had. The technician gave me a wrong quote for tires when it was a wheel bearing issue. She then attempted to charge me triple the price after the work was completed. I told her I couldn’t pay that amount, I asked them to put the old tires back on and they wouldn’t, and then they told me they couldn’t release my car back to me unless I paid them. Low situational awareness, deflects errors, poor time management, and never has making a reservation seemed to have helped. My car sat at drop off for an hour until I warned staff - every car being dropped off drove around mine as I watched in bewilderment. Car returned with the check engine line still on. At least this time they may or may not have put in air based on specs (last time I had to release air because it was overinflated and the tire light came on).

The service rep, Jeff Veneble is an exceptional person. He is an asset to this dealership.

The customer service personnel are nice and the mechanics skill seems to be good actually working on the vehicle but the regular prices are not good. So you have to wait for a coupon or a deal to make it worth your while.

Jospeh was great he made up for the experience of waiting in my car for 15 mins with everyone walking by and ignoring me. My appointment was at 2:30 I did not have anyone help me until 2:48.

I have a 2023 Toyota Tundra Capstone edition. The two tone finish is coming off of three of the four wheels at no fault of my own. I have reached out to my local dealer and to Toyota Care and have been told there is nothing anyone can do, because I am over the 36,000 mile warranty. When i went to get service done on my car i left my house key with them by accident. I got back as fast as I could through Lyft and called ahead to inform. I had to great associates of World Toyota. 1. Isaiah was understanding, and pleasant. 2. I forgot the other young man, she said he was in the military, tall, Yoslin. I believe. He was very efficient, and thorough. The time spent at World Toyota was horrible. I arrived at 7:10am and do not leave until 3:45pm. I missed a full days works. Even though I liked the associates. I WON’T BE BACK.

Usually car dealerships make me really nervous to step foot into, Joel was really kind and calming and answered all my questions! Even the atmosphere in the dealership waiting room was nice.

Scheduled an appointment at 8:30am that ended up taking 5 hours. It was a Saturday in Atlanta so I appreciate the workers who were trying their best with heavy traffic flow. Joel was a great associate! Very kind and extremely helpful. But this location is either understaff or mediocre when it comes to staffing during high volume periods. Many of the workers were breaking for lunch at the same time while cars are being backed up for hours and an overflow of people occurring in the lobby.

Originally I was scheduled to have my car serviced and the day before I got a flat. Brain my service rep made sure I was taken care of. The didn't have my tire size in stock and had to order it. Amazingly they received the tire later that day and got me all fixed up and back on the road. Thanks World Toyota!

Unfortunately, my wife has driven Lexus vehicles from Hennessy for over 25 years, and she took my Corolla to World as a favor to me. She was disappointed in several aspects as your dealership, mostly because she compared her experience at World to Hennessy, which maintains a very professional dealership from facilities to regular up dates from staff ( she was there for 5 hours and then World gave her someone else’s car).

Finally bought my first car and I am so thankful that it was a great experience. Leonardo was the sales person that assisted me and was incredibly patient with my family and I. He helped further shape our understanding of what car best fit me and was great at answering our questions, which we had A LOT of.
