This is the first time I have ever been happy leaving World Toyota service department

Advisor was nice and tell me what I need done right took me 30min for oil change Thanks Philip!

My advisor Sebastian Gomez is very knowledgeable and efficient , he will do what he promised . My house in Marietta and I have 2 Toyota dealership close to my home , but I will take my car for service to southeast Toyota on Brookhaven , because the way they take care of their customer .

Alana was so helpful today! She was very nice & very informative on all things with my car. She truly made my experience a breeze. This is the first time in awhile that I received excellent customer service from World Toyota. She didnāt rush to get to other customers, she took her time to make sure I knew everything that was happening today with my car! I will definitely be back and will be asking for her! Thanks Alana!

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I left getting my oil changed along with other recommendations. I also didnāt have to wait too long for everything to be completed. It was my first time coming in and Iāll definitely come back again.

My daughter took her Corolla in for recall issue. Being new to the area she was blessed to find World Toyota near her home. They were extremely helpful to her while solving the issues. Kyle Derrico was the technician who worked on her car. Getting an appointment was very easy. She will be making an appointment for transmission fluid/filter service later in the month. Hit some stuff in the road today on my way into work, tire light came on...psi on all tires dropped to 27. I live an hour away my Toyota dealership would have been closed if I went home or they just wouldn't have serviced car due to time of day. Thank you for getting me in without an appointment, advisor Adam Gurreri was very helpful in getting me in with no problem. I gave this Toyota dealership 5 stars because my experience with the service department was excellent! They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable in when to bring back my car for the next checkups. Even though I had an appointment, wait time was little to none. I would recommended this Toyota location to anyone needing fast, friendly and affordable service.

I went in for a 10,000 mile check up. They thoroughly examined the car. The service advisor, Criston was very nice and kept me in the loop.

Went for a oil change for my 14 years old Corolla, as I recd. a promotion email, luckily found a Service Advisor ERIC MATSON, who not only did the oil change courteously, professionally but also said there's a recall for Air bag, which wasn't in stock, ordered through concerned department and made it available within couple of days. Called me and left a message and I got my car fixed . If I could choose an advisor at this location, It'll always be him. My personal believe is he's an asset to this Toyota dealership.

In a day and time where I believe good customer service is largely a ālost art,ā Iād like to say Haley gives me hope. I had my 1st service and it took around an hour. I watched some nexflix and waiting in their waiting room. Chad Jones was my advisor and he is really a nice guy.

I previously had a problem with the customer service, or lack of, at this dealership. After a few false starts, Mark Capozza, G.M. or owner, continued to try and make things right. I felt the response wasn't fast enough, but knowing what I do now, Mr. Capozza was on it all along. He did exactly what I felt he should: counseled the employee on the importance of customer service. Good shop overall - there are some unresponsive sales folks. Iād give a 5 Star if there were more follow up after the sale, or simply return a call - that would be good. Milton was very helpful and attentive.
