Glen has been my man since day 1 with my new Toyota. He provides excellent service and honestly very chill and straightforward. Knows what I want, get in me in, get me out. Simple and easy. My first tune-up for a used 2019 Toyota Camry showed that Curry Honda that sold me the car did not service it well prior to putting it up for sale, leading to a $989 bill from World Toyota. But at least the car feels brand new and really safe now. The waiting room was crowded, and the music was so loud like a disco that I spent my four hour wait time outside in the quiet cold February air. The service staff were very pleasant and professional.
No coffee now, and It is better than what I expected. It is time to maintenance before tariff.

We were met by a very friendly gentleman as we exited our car. After a short conversation, it was apparent that he was familiar with earlier conversation we had with the dealership. While the car we had come to see had sold, he had an alternative that more than met our needs. Tam is a consummate salesman and you are lucky to employ him.

It was very clean and the chairs are wonderful. The televisions are big enough. The chairs are Very spacious. They did not get a five star because the lounge is too far, for me from the showroom. It is a rainy day today and I would have had to walk in the rain to go to the showroom. Other than that the location was good.
The service specialist was helpful. She even allowed me to borrow her phone charger. I found the car with tire pressure light on by the time I got home. The wipers fluid was also not topped up. The tech inspected everything else and suggested required maintenance. Coffee at the waiting area was good.
Rahel is an EXCELLENT Service Advisor. She’s always looking out to do her best. I Truist her. She will not sell me work I do not need.

We have been taking our Toyotas to World Toyota for many years, even bought our current one from them in ‘07. This is our third Sienna. This was a routine service for 60K mileage. I appreciated the ease of getting this done, the friendly professional way Ms Rajea treated me and the fact that there was no pressure to sell me options that I denied at this time. My 40+ son was sure I would be pressured for unnecessary service but that was not the case. The waiting room was comfortable, the time to complete was even a little less than suggested ...

Onsite for a 5k checkup. Service advisor Joseph got my car in and out quickly, 1 hour. Only needed a tire rotation and computer check of car systems but went quick and they were busy.

My father needed a battery replacement and windshields changed. Alex, in customer service, was very welcoming and patient with assisting my father and myself. He explained the results of the car test and took the time to provide guidance. We really appreciated it, since my father needed a little extra time for the translation. My service advisor has kept me posted on the status through the entire process, and she explained each charge clearly.
The service rep was clear about what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost me. He remembered to give me my military discount. The bad part of this experience was that it took almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and alignment, even though I had an appointment. No one contacted me along the way to explain why it was taking so long.

World Toyota is a good dealer. I've bought several vehicles there and the process has been smooth. Service department does well. I mainly use them for warranty and new car service plan work. They do try to sell me extra services every trip. Today, they got regular work and some recall stuff done quickly.
