The requested service was not performed Alignment, balancing and rotation of 4 tires I paid $190.26 for these services.
To much wait for a 30 min service, no point of appointments if I have to wait more than 2 hours for them to begin to service the car

I had a service appointment for 2pm. I showed up at 1:40 and they took my car for tire rotation and to change out my air filters. I did not get my car back until 5:30pm. Even though my service advisor Glenn Knox said “ We are not that busy today should be quick” Worst experience of my life. Wasted my whole day

Very disappointed. I went to get a new key made from the service department and the sales person DID NOT inform me that I needed to get the key programmed. I paid and left and thought everything was fine, due to the negligence, it started a domino effect. My car stopped, I thought I needed a jump, so my mom had to come get me, then I headed over to Advance Auto Parts because I thought my battery was dying, I spent $200 there, the car started right back up. We worked with Faheem and Clarence throughout our purchasing experience online, and Faheem when we came in the dealership. Both of them were incredibly professional. Faheem was wonderful to work with in person and answered all of our questions thoroughly.
I was very disappointed with the service today. I originally called regarding a maintenance check light issue, but the operator scheduled me for a tire rotation appointment without properly confirming that with me. I came in under the impression that the issue with the maintenance light would first be inspected and then any recommended work would be discussed with me before proceeding.

Brought car in for egr service which set off the check engine light. Bo checked me in and after a diagnosis got me an accurate time and cost estimate. Work was completed on time and I was able to complete my travel that day. He also made sure that I received the old part after the mechanic didn’t include it as requested.
I have always had a great experience with World Toyota. Over the years, they have consistently treated me well and taken good care of my vehicles. This is my fourth Toyota and my second Highlander Hybrid. During this visit, they fit me in early, completed my oil change, explained that my tires needed attention, and helped make the process smooth. I appreciate their service, communication, and care.

Bought my Corolla here 9 years ago and usually bring it here for routine maintenance as they send me discount coupons right when I need them. They've always treated me with respect and don't try to oversell me on services. I could do it myself but sometimes it's cheaper in time to have them do it.
Appreciated the quick turnaround in getting my vehicle serviced. Unfortunately they said they were unable to discount my oil change and discount my afternoon visit (at 1 p.m.) together.

World Toyota was awesome! Patrick Owie was very caring, attentive, and professional. I felt like he took great care of me from the day I stepped on the lot until the day I left. Customer Service was very good. No surprises and all prices were discussed. Everything was upfront. Diagnosed a sheering rattle and repaired like new. While there I was sent a video of my cars inspection and what was being done. Will be back... not my first visit.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil and filter change. When I arrived, I dropped off my car and waited. After about two hours, I was told the vehicle was ready.

I was very unsatisfied with my service today at World Toyota service Center. This is originally where I bought my car so I thought the service would be great, but I was waiting over two hours for my car to be done then when I got my car back, it was making noises because the guy didn’t put something back on correctly.
Hardest working folks, trying to please and exceed expectations. I called with a vehicle alert on an extremely busy day and they worked me in so I could stay on the road.
Even though I bought the car used elsewhere, they honored the warranty without question and treated me like a valued customer.

Unprofessional with the lack of communication and updates. I was never texted when my car was ready. I called on my own and was told my car was ready only to wait and be late for an appointment. No communication on delays and did not feel cared for in the slightest for a 5k repair and being a 10 year loyal customer

Oscar is my Service Advisor, he assisted me in determining the most urgent services that needed immediate attention. He was very courteous and supportive.I found the entire operation to be very “service oriented “.
Good place and professional staff. Rajae the service advisor was very professional and explain and advise me on what my vehicle needed in a very calm and professional manner.
The rep told me I needed a tire rotation and balance when that was not actually necessary. In addition, he made several inappropriate and sexist comments, including saying I “looked better” after changing from my work uniform into leggings and expressing surprise that I knew how to drive because “most women don’t.” This experience was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recommend going to another dealership if you are looking for honest, respectful, and professional service.
Mr Glenn Knox provided very professional service. He arranged transportation via Uber to and from my home and kept me updated regarding car repairs consistently. He provided excellent service.

I showed up to the dealership for my cars first service since I bought it. The team got me quickly checked in, informed me of their work as it was ongoing, and when a part was needed, and they didn’t know how long it would take they paid for an Uber to and from the dealership so I could continue my day. My brakes were squeaking and they fixed the issue within the same day.
Impossible to work with, wouldn't return multiple calls, texts, ridiculous prices. Goodbye World Toyota, hello ToyoTechs (independent family owned auto repair company in Chamblee GA, known for great service and reasonable prices).
