I was first met by a very pleasant man who took the initial report as to why I was there. He turned me over to Alana who went above and beyond throughout the day to not only provide a ride for me to and from my home while I waited but was able to make my bill more affordable than was originally quoted. She kept me informed, she was polite and very friendly and very professional.
